1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ultimate Wellness HUB ("WellnessHub", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.
2. About Us
Ultimate Wellness HUB is a wellness and beauty services provider registered in the Sultanate of Oman (Commercial Registration No. 000000000), located at Maroon Street, Alkhoud, Muscat, Oman.
3. Services
WellnessHub provides an online platform for browsing, booking, and purchasing wellness and beauty services, including one-off appointments, memberships, subscriptions, and digital products. All services are delivered by our own qualified, employed staff. Availability may vary by date, time, and location.
4. Eligibility
Use of this platform is permitted for individuals aged 15 and above. Users between the ages of 15 and 17 must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian to register, book services, or make purchases.
By completing a booking or registration on behalf of a minor, the guardian confirms their consent and accepts responsibility under these terms.
5. User Accounts
You may register using an email and password or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. WellnessHub is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Account deletion is available upon request. Please contact us directly at the details in Section 16. If the deletion option is not visible in your account settings, reach out and we will process it manually.
6. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments via Paymob and Apple Pay.
For memberships and subscriptions, recurring charges apply on the agreed billing cycle. It is your responsibility to keep payment details up to date.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted in person at our desk or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Refunds are not available for bookings that have already been confirmed and are within the scheduled appointment window.
In eligible cases, refunds may be issued in full or partially depending on the circumstances. Our team will assess each request individually. Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method.
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, please contact our desk. No-show cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Our services involve topical, cosmetic, and wellness treatments. You are responsible for reviewing all product ingredients and treatment details before booking or purchasing. WellnessHub is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.
You must inform our staff of any relevant health conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, medications, or medical history prior to receiving any service. Failure to disclose may affect the outcome of your treatment and limits our liability.

9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, or engage in any conduct that may harm WellnessHub, its staff, or other users. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Ultimate Wellness HUB and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy & Data
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and improve your experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use anonymous analytics to understand platform usage. No user tracking across external sites is performed.

12. Limitation of Liability
WellnessHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
14. Language
These Terms are provided in both English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable Omani law.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
